What is the house construction cost per sq ft in Bengaluru?
Turnkey house construction in Bengaluru is priced per sq ft, and the rate depends on your site conditions, number of floors, structural design and the materials you choose. Use our instant estimate calculator for a current figure tailored to your plot, or call us and we will walk you through it.
How long does it take to build a house in Bengaluru?
A typical G+1 independent house of around 2,000–3,000 sq ft takes 9 to 12 months from foundation to handover. Timelines depend on approvals, floors, and the level of interior finishing. We commit to a handover date in writing and share weekly site updates.
Do you handle both construction and interiors?
Yes. Nisarga Construction is a turnkey contractor — we take a project from design and civil work through to modular kitchens, wardrobes, false ceilings, painting and final fit-out, so you deal with one accountable team from plot to keys.
Which areas do you serve?
We work across Karnataka — Bengaluru, Mysuru, Mangaluru, Hubballi–Dharwad, Belagavi, Tumakuru, Shivamogga, Davanagere, Udupi and more. Most of our projects are in Bengaluru, including Hongasandra, Begur Road, Bommanahalli, HSR Layout, Koramangala, BTM Layout, JP Nagar, Electronic City, Sarjapur Road, Bannerghatta Road and Whitefield.
Is your quotation fixed or does it change later?
We give itemised, fixed quotations. The agreed per-sq-ft rate covers civil work, electrical, plumbing, flooring, painting and sanitary as specified. Anything outside the agreed scope is quoted and approved by you before work starts — no surprise overruns.
Do you follow Vastu for house construction?
Yes. We design and build Vastu-compliant homes as standard, and will work alongside your own Vastu consultant if you have one.
